It is the objective of aap to produce products which guarantee the safety and the satisfaction of the patient, the user or others at any moment. In order to achieve this we use methods, techniques and procedures which correspond to the latest level of technology. Every phase of product development is carefully planned, paying attention to national, European and international norms, rules and laws.

We are particularly committed to the protection of the environment, since we believe that industry has a key function in the protection and preservation of the habitat earth. Without our sharpened consciousness concerning the prevention of environmental damages of every kind all the sufficiently known negative consequences for the ecological system are inevitable. We have to see the global pollution of the environment in the context of social problems and different kinds of development problems. On the environmental conference 1992 in Rio a program for continued growth was decided. The motto defined in the agenda 21 is "Think globally, act locally." In this context, as a globally active company, we contribute to the realisation of this idea.

For us this responsibility is very important and we have brought our philosophy consequently into line with issues relating to Quality Management and Environmental protection. The managing board and all the organisational members take it as their responsibility to achieve a continuous and notable improvement of our quality standards and the organisational protection of the environment.
